We do the long journeys well

RideCrest started because airport and cruise transfers deserve better. You're catching a flight or boarding a ship — the last thing you need is a driver who doesn't show, a car that's too small for your luggage, or a price that changes when you arrive.

We focus on the journeys that matter most: Southampton cruise terminals, Heathrow and other airports, and private day tours for visitors who want to explore further afield. Every booking gets a fixed price upfront, a driver who tracks your flight or ship, and a car that actually fits your group and your luggage.

We're a small team, which means you always deal with people who care about the details. We keep things simple: one honest price, clear booking confirmation, and a driver you can call if anything changes on the day.

Licensed and insured

RideCrest is licensed as a private hire operator by Southampton City Council (operator licence OP 428). All our drivers hold valid Southampton City Council private hire driver licences, and every vehicle we use is licensed and covered by private hire insurance.

We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZC259598) for data protection, and incorporated as RideCrest Taxis Limited (company no. 17420363) in England & Wales.
